I’m having a problem with my jeep when I started it it runs fine but after 30 minutes or so it shuts down it will start back up until after it cools down?
I have replaced fuel pump ,Throttle positioning sensor also replaced auto shut off relay and fuel pump relay still no change? Any suggestions would be awesome.

what year, what engine, etc.
Any weird smells (rotten eggs, foul smells from exhaust)
Any codes?
Overheating?
Does it just turn off or does it chug and stall?

You’re just replacing things not diagnosing.
Does it have any codes?
When this happens does it still have spark when you crank it?
Does it have fuel pressure?

Etc.

^^This^^. If it dies, it should light up the dash at which point you would have an engine code that will give you some sort of direction. If it actually just shuts off (everything goes dark and loses power) then you have some other things that need to be looked at.

if when it dies and does not crank until it cools down, it may be an electrical problem.... check your ground cables... battery cables.

You hit the nail on the head that’s what I found thanks for all the advice from you guys. I checked the ignition coil as a matter fact I recently replaced it I pulled the ECM and popped the cover off of it and found some Burnt circuitry. Now the quest begins to find a new ECM.

Again.
What WERE the codes.

Just because you replaced a sensor doesn’t make it “good” it doesn’t make the wiring “good”

When it shuts down:
DOES IT HAVE SPARK
DOES IT HAVE FUEL PRESSURE
Do you lose power completely or does it just turn off like you turned the key

Will the starter turn over the engine after this happens

Does it make any sputtering or backfiring sounds when turning over
