My home computer is down. Does anyone possibly know the torque specs for the Evo JK tailgate carrier hinge bolt? Thank you.

From Evo's instruction sheet:

However I would just snug them down, you don't want to crush the hinge cups.

Not sure of the torque spec, but I can tell you that if you go too far, it will squeak like a MFer. The tailgate should still move freely, extra weight notwithstanding.

Yep, need to adjust mine, started squeaking after about 2 weeks.
