285 vs 295 KO2

Time to replace my tires on '13 JK Sport with 3.73 gearing. Currently run 285 and am happy with the performance. Was just wondering if I went with 295 (a tad increase in ground clearance) if I should re-gear or if its just better to stick with the 285's?

I doubt that you would even notice the difference as it is only about a half inch difference overall. If we can help please let us know.

Thanks for the input. The 295's are 4 pounds heavier so didn't think there would be much difference. Now just waiting for a sale.

I’ve been running 295 STT Pro’s with 3.73 / 3.6L for a few months now and it’s ok around fairly flat South-Eastern Wisconsin.

I’ve been running 315s on 3.73 gears here in Montana. It’s not too terrible, I’d like to re-gear eventually but it’s nothing that’s pressing.

I might honestly jump to 37s on my next set... we will see
