JK and JL part compatibility

My brother in law has a JKU and needs some take offs cause of an accident he just got into. Im swapping my rear bumper soon, does anybody know if the JL rear bumper will mount to the JK frame? Or do they make some brackets that will allow that? I know I've seen them for front bumpers. Anybody that can help it would be highly appreciated.

The rear bumper won't work being that the two mount up completely different. The front bumper you can make work but that's about it.
