Rear door won't open

Drivers side rear door won't open. When u try from the out side feels like its not hooked up but on the inside feels like its locked. I have the panel off now but can't get the next panel off. should these unscrew?
Feels like it but they won't turn. Any help would be great. Thanks Brad

And yes I did try the child lock
