Awesome!
Congratulations on being chosen for an epic event! On two different JKX's we had guys basically finish the build of their jeep and then the JKX was ultimately the shakedown run for the build.
-The first individual was hard headed, knew it all, confrontational with everyone, never accepted help from anyone, his rig stayed broken and he may have only wheeled a total of two full days out of a week, trailered it the rest of the time and had to bypass everything to get to the next meet up spot for the night and sometimes didnt even make those link ups. The worst part to me was that his co-driver was an awesome person, I would have had him in my rig if there would have been room. It sucks that guy missed out on very cool stuff because the primary driver was less than likeable.
-The second guy was a true sport. He did his build right, not half-assed. Took part in everything, helped others out and had a great time. He could park in my campsite any day!
I'm sure almost everyone that has participated in any JKX would own up to last minute upgrades or fixes on the night before day 1, I will attest to that on my three JKX's, I had little things to do before and thought each event
