Well, depending on how much lift you have, you don't necessarily need to run a double cardan drive shaft. But, if you do find the need to, you can install degree wedges.

I'm assuming that you are saying you have 3 inches of lift . What is your pinion angle now ? Is the lift in the leaf springs or a body lift ? You can probably get away with degree shims . Get good ones .

Its 3" of suspension lift, I don't know my current angle, but I was just wondering how I changed the angle
