Yep, you will be fine with your stock links. You will see very minimal difference if any. Switching to the rubi setup will just give a better ride.

Are you swapping springs? You won't notice much of a difference in height in front and none in rear. Unfortunately, I feel you would be wasting your time if you do plan on swapping springs. You will be fine with links anyhow. Shocks will definitely inprove the ride though.
On my 2dr I swapped 14/55's and shocks with 18/59's with rubi shocks and added TF leveling puck kit front and rear and love the results...for now until I upgrade.
