I might be too late for this but if incase you have not made the trip, go to exit 46 at I-80, fill up and plug in [coordinate removed] in your GPS.

Edit: Then just follow my tire tracks... I did follow OP tracks ;-)

Better late than never! I was up there on Sunday and had a great time exploring and finding my way around, we went in on the South end of Winnamuca "lake" and came out over near the busted up school buses. was a fun ride going though the bottom of the Ravine on the way out. with all the washouts it made me realize its time to ditch the BFG 33's and get some NITTO 35s. Thank you for the reply though!
