I had the same decision to make...i really liked the stt..but there was a deal on the ko2...i am not disappointed at all.they are wearing well...so far 5000 miles...are have had no problems keeping up with jeepers with the more aggressive tires on trails...although i really liked the more aggressive look of the stt...guess it boils down to personal preference

I went with the st maxx and have no regrets, they are a great tire on and off road. Also do great in the Florida torrential down pours.

Between the two, I'd have to go with the STT Pro. KM2 MT's are nice tires and wear like iron but on the rocks, the STT Pro's walk all over them.

Stt pro all day. I have seen them on the rocks and snow in person. Outstanding performance.

Have run both. Nothing wrong with either. I give the edge to the Cooper especially on the road in snow.
