Taking it in to the dealer tomorrow. My vin did come up as one that might be effected with that issue. The only shitty thing is that my warranty is done and the dealer said $115 per hour just for diagnostic and they also said it could take up to four hours.

Thanks for all the help everyone. The issue seems to be fixed. All of it was due to an intermittently failing crank position sensor.
