Evo mini fender liners.

My new mini fender liners showed up today, Evo recommends painting then to prevent corrosion and such. It being aluminum I was curious of how many people have actually followed that advice. Just curious, if I should clear coat them or not.

Sorry if I am in the wrong spot, I'm new to all this, trying my best.

There is clear durable coating out there I think Ddays used on his rig. Can't remember what he coated though. Yes, I would coat them.

I've left mine bare, but I live in Arizona where they stay dry and are not exposed to road chemicals in the winter. No issues yet, they still look great.

Did you hack your factory inner liner just to run the EVO mini liners?
Most people just run the Evo part but I didnt like looking straight into the engine. So I decided to just cut the rear of the factory liner to run both. Also hated the factory bottom part cause it was always rubbing the tire.
