Heading up to Kern River Valley for a bit of camping and rafting. Looking for some trails that are a bit of fun, I'll be cruising alone, so nothing to crazy, or easy... right in the middle.

I'm heading up beginning of June... just doing a bit of research. I would love if there would still be snow up there.

We used to hunt up in Monache Meadow. They have some pretty good and scenic trails going in and around. There used to be a great bar restaurant there was a great restaurant/ bar In Kennedy Meadows on the way up. Awesome prime rib and they do everything off of generator power. This was years ago so might be updated by now. But great area for Jeeping. We would go in off of 395 and take 9 mile canyon road up. Loved that area.
