Hello all
I would just like to hear what the real jeep people think, So I have a 1992 wrangle YJ With A 4CYL and I'm thinking about putting in a 6CYL 4•0 !! NOW Here's the thing,My jeep has only 32k, all original paint, never modified other than a lift, wheels, interior, and Now I'm wanting more power!!! Would you put N IMG_0026.JPG original 6,4.0 OR LEAVE IT ALONE?? Would it HURT the VALUE REMOVING THE ORIGINAL MOTOR OR INCREASE THE Value

Wow, that thing is brand spankin new! Being that you're in Florida, I personally would keep the motor you have in it and run it till it needs to be replaced. If anything, regear to a higher ratio but that's about it. Otherwise, if you're gonna do a motor swap, you might as well go V8. A 4.0L will give you more power but not leaps and bounds over a 2.5L especially on flat ground.
