Help with soft top leak!!

I know this is a common issue and I usually don't worry about a small leak. I just put my top on for the season a few weeks ago and the leaks have gotten worse. I have them on both sides at the front. My main concern is water leaking on my superchips traildash. Doing my research it seems that I have a piece of foam that has come off on the top part of my door surrounds. Looks like some of the adhesive foam is missing like you thought. I highly recommend cleaning that rubber seal along the windshield. Thats most likely why it's leaking.

You may also check to make sure the header bar is still flat when installed. I had one and have read multiple threads on the header panel on the top bowing and causing a ton of wind noise and in my case leaking at both corners also.
