Dropped a 100lbs block on my finger earlier in the week.

Yeah I was breaking a nut loose on a transfer case about a year ago. Wrench slipped and I smashed my thumb so bad it did the same thing. I used that hot needle trick and it did feel better but damn if I didn’t almost puke and pass out doing it
