Long story short, we don't have internet at the new house yet and phone signal is minimal.
I ended up just replacing the gears for the winter months. Hopefully this spring I will have the floor poured in the shop and I can start working on some ton axles. It was pretty comical how tiny the gear set is for the D30.
I decided to sit this trip out to make sure I have a 4wd vehicle for the snow storm this winter.
