So intermittently my blower motor just cuts out. I found awhile back that it was because the resistor connector melted and that it's a common problem. Just wiggling the harness a little would make it work and then stop again. I attempted to take it apart a few months ago and clean and separate all the melted parts and it fixed it until about a week ago. Come to find out, there is a repair kit from Mopar 05102406AA. So I got one and fixed it today. Luckily I was able to save the resistor itself. From what I read, sometimes that's not an option.

Here's what it looked like prior, the entire side of the connector melted away exposing the terminal pins:

Here's the repair kit, even comes with the connector block and new terminal pins:

And about 30 minutes later, here's the finished product:

Decided to take part of the day today to test out the new tires. Loving them as usual. Even at 20 psi, these Cooper STT Pros stick to rocks like no other. The only rubbing I experienced was on a really sharp left turn with the wheel stuffed. I already found where it rubbed and can easily correct it with a BFH. These 35s fill the wheel wells very well. Here she is flexing on some rocks.

Even with the LF full at full bump, the tire is about half an inch from hitting a piece of sharp metal in the wheel well. I'm trimming it regardless.

And here's the RF.

And the rear. Although the rear axle swings rearward, it's still damn close on the front side:

Thanks. What's next is just enjoying it. Hoping to do some more challenging trails this summer and more camping with the new awning and fridge. If for some reason the tcase takes a shit, I do have an Atlas on the radar. I never thought it would even be built to this point, so I'm hoping to just enjoy it with the family this summer.

Lol. If you can figure out a way to fit 40s in those wheels wells, I'm all ears. I know porn stars can fit big things in small spaces, but not so sure about a WJ.

Where there's a will there's a way...just sayin'...
