Spending the last morning on the river...fish are big, but finicky. Throwing streamers in the morning (broke off a 20”+ right before landing her), then the afternoon it warms up and there is a baetis hatch...and they home in on one size and color fly...nothing else works.
ESPN moved the kickoff to 8:15 pm MST...I’m layering up for a cold night in Boise...Go Bows!

I love Boise. If I wasn't changing jobs I would be there next week for meetings. Never timed it right to catch a Broncos game though.

Sucks we got rained out and the trip wasn’t fishy. But still awesome to do some exploring in beautiful country, find some new spots and of course, no shortage of beer to drink. Cheers until the next one.
