Sorry to hear about the issues. I do not like Apple and how it keeps its users hostage and I do not understand how people put up with that. My first and last Apple device was the iPhone 3GS. Never again.
I'm using Android but also no fan of Chrome and its spyware.
Can I use Opera or Firefox? I'd rather still use an app like the current one. It's been really nice and easy to use.

fixes everything @wayalife had you ever considered moving the forums over to something else? Discourse is one that rings a bell, a modern alternative to forums (however some work to migrate).
Anyway the web app suits me fine, I didn't like the app a huge amount anyway so no biggie.

Does the web app have a thread list for “participated” like the old app has? Can’t seem to find it but have been known to be blind.
