Calling all Evo Enforcer lifts

Has anyone ever added a (TF or wherever) spacer puck under the 3 inch plush ride spring? I know it can be physically done no problem, just haven't ever heard of anyone doing it. My rig is getting kinda portly... [emoji6]

I've seen people place small pucks to level out the front so i dont see why you couldnt....

So I just ordered a 4" Enforcer lift with a drag link flip and C gussets. I'm not the most handy guy in the world but I like to think I can get by. Also I have a few friends that are mechanics to help me out with the install. So my question to you guys is was there anything that you came across or any tips on doing certain things when installing the lift? Also I noticed it "recommended" that I weld the rear track bar to the axle... Is this necessary or what is the alternative?

I installed the Enforcer Pro kit with king coilovers and it wasn't to bad if you have some know how and are somewhat savvy with tools you should be good. as for welding the rear track bar I recommend doing it I did on mine and haven't had any problems with it. Good luck also Evo MFG has great customer service I called them a few times while installing my lift and they helped with any questions that I had.
Good Luck.

So with the stainless steel brake lines, is this where they're supposed to be? If so where should I secure them so they don't get pinched by the spring?

You can, but you need a piece of vacuum line with a zip tie through it, or something like that, to keep it out of the spring, or you can run it on the other side of the shock (which is what I did) to keep the brakelines out of the spring

After installing my 3 inch Enforcer I had this issue pop up. Not sure if anyone else has had this problem but this is what I found by just turning the front steering back and fourth on jack stands. View attachment 215949 the tie-rod adjuster clamp was snagging on the drivers side sway bar link bracket during a full left turn. View attachment 215950 once it was snagged, it couldn't be freed because turning the wheels back to the right just made the tie-rod snag on the bracket even harder. View attachment 215951 nothing a grinder and a squirt of paint can't fix.

i don't remember having this issue when i had the stock axle with all the brackets. like everyone else said weld the rear and front tracbar brackets. i didn't weld the front one, but i didn't run it but for 5 months, it comes in two separate pieces and i can see how it can possibly cause issues down the road if you don't check all the bolts on a regular basis. you shouldn't need a spring compressor to get the new springs in: remove swaybar links, shocks, trackbar, and front drive shaft when doing the front so you get full droop and the springs should just flop out. good luck

edit: this post is older than i thought.

I ran my brake lines behind the shock as well. I installed them between the coil and shock first, but didn't like how the lines seemed to kind of get sucked into the coil when turning while checking clearance up on the jack stands.

Does anyone have the Rear CA length for a 3” JKU stage 2 enforcer lift? The instructions don’t mention any measurements (front 22 7/8”).

I couldn’t find it either... I ended going like 1/4 - 3/8 longer than stock. No real reason, it just felt right.. If you think about it, a stage 1 kit doesn’t change at all... I think pinion angle is the important part and I need to check both front and rear on mine.

I just checked mine... stock arm holes are 17 3/8 - 17 1/2”.... Current bolt centers on Jeep are at 17 1/2- 17 5/8... hard to tell exactly because the Johny joints flex on the jeep compared to perfectly center on the bench.

Front Upper: 18 3/4

Front Lower: 22 7/8

Rear Upper: 17 1/2

Rear Lower: 19 3/4

Good info

Where did you guys mount the stud for the Fox ATS? The one included doesn’t fit in the drag link flip kit hole?
