1943 General Purpose Willy’s. Willy’s body on a Ford chassis. 1 of the original 863 GPW’s. One of only two in known existence today. The rest were crated and sent to England for WWII in 1943. I’m going to start another thread soon explaining the history of this Jeep. It’s my neighbor’s. He let my 14 yo son and I take it for a ride down the road. H pattern shifter but only three speeds and reverse is where first gear is normally today. Blast to drive! IMG_8218.jpg IMG_8227.jpg IMG_8226.jpg

There were probably 200 to 300 people there but did talk to the owner. After I talked to him my wife said do you just talk to random people? I said no it was the guy that owned the jeep. She said how did you know? I said well his T-shirt said river city off-road and he had a key lanyard that said nitto and the hood said nitto so I figured it was him. She said oh my god you need counseling!

Work buddies!

One of my work buddies has driven her bone stock TJ since the day she got it new to help her navigate Ohio winters. Now it lives in Vegas and keeps my Smurf company while we work.
