Front Passenger Window...

36,010 miles. So naturally this would happen when the warranty is out at 36k miles.

Yesterday I got a high voltage warning. Shut the vehicle down, put the OBD reader on it and that is what it told me.
It showed a permanent warning, so I did not try to delete the error code. However, when I started the vehicle again the light was off. I had rolled the passenger window down and up. to talk to a coworker.

I drove home. Wife takes it to town to get nails done. She gets home and tells me the passenger window is not rolling down. No warning lights on the dash.

I can hear the window motor engage when I use the switch, but no window movement.

I am very limited when it comes to this type of thing, but I am not completely ignorant. Would this indicate a bad window regulator? Help please.

Does the motor sound smooth or clicking noise, clicking would point towards a bad motor.

The only way I know how to test with a multimeter is to remove the door panel
