I'm trying to find out is if there is enough room behind the panel with the mesh on it for the ECU box, which is 6"X4"X2". I think behind that panel down at the carpet level there is room for the box there.

Pull the panel and look. Not sure your year jeep, but in mine there was not enough close to that much room.

The jeep, is a 2010 Rubicon 4 doors, I have asked the question because I do not want to pull everything out if I may get the answer before

The panel just pops out. But if it's the same as mine it's full.

Waterproofing his jeep would be my guess. Looks like he already has a snorkel.
