I don't know for sure as I don't need it done but I thought people posted here saying they got it done in the same day.

You are lucky they have the parts. Dealer here ordered the parts I think it was December and they are still not in. They told me they could only order 1 a month or something like that.

When I took mine in to the dealer for this recall, and for a replacement radio I was done in 2 hours. With out the radio it probably would have taken an hour.

I have not taken mine in on a recall. When I have my Chevy they sent me a notice stating how long....if part was in.

My jeep is going in next Thursday for this recall and my dealer said it would take about 2 1/2-3 hours to complete.

Got the same recall notice for 2912 JKUR. Have to take it in will make appt. recall notice says 2 hours

I had taken mine in for them to verify it needed parts, then they ordered them. I took it home when they were waiting. Took about a week to get the parts. It only took the about 2 hours to do the work.

My dealer had to order the parts. Took about 2-3 weeks. Scheduled an appointment at the dealership and they had it done within an hour.

Took the dealership in San Fran about 3 hours on mine....but I don't think they were only working on mine the whole time. The last hour maybe 1.5 I saw mine in a spot that it wasn't at for the first hour or so. Either way it's a very quick same day install.

I was like number 25 on the list, brought the jeep in for other warranty issues and they wound up doing the recall just because they had the parts in stock and my jeep was on the list. They said they only can get 2 or 3 per month. Took them a day to get it done, as well as the other work they had to do. I always get a loaner car from them too, I feel like me having a loaner is collateral and will help get my work done faster haha
