Im sad to say that when the news starts talking about sleet, ice, snow, etc people around here get stupid. Store shelves get bare. The news talks about it for days before and its all doom and gloom. Then it gets here and its barely anything. I have yet to actually need 4x4 on either of the JKs ive owned due to weather. Even when the SRAs were wore out on my 09, it still got around just fine in 2 wheel drive.
There was one winter when I was going to college that the campus closed due to ice and snow that was nothing more than a dusting. On a whim I took off work for the weekend and drove to my brothers house in Laramie Wyoming. They had several feet of snow and school was still in. LOL.
