Stock JK suspension measurements?

I've lifted my Jeep using a 3" BDS kit with a leveling spacer.

It's now time to upgrade my axle to a ProRock 44. That got me wondering what my actual lift result was.

Here is a pic from Dynatrac, edited, showing the stock front suspension dimensions. I've been unable to find something similar for the rear.

I would appreciate it if someone with a stock JK 2 door could get some measurements for the rear. Please describe where to took the measurements.

BTW my front was actually lifted 3 1/2". Funny how the Jeep has different measurements, side to side. Mine is 1/4" different.

Just in the rear, please.
Similar to the drawing above, from the center of the bottom shock bolt to the underside of the shock bracket.
This pic shows the end of the tape measure at the shock bracket.

Here on the bottom you can see that my dimension is 21".

How does anyone else measure their lifts?

Fender trimming/swapping and tire sizes will affect measurements using those as reference points.
