Throttle body spacers, BS or worth it?

So again this is a new lane for me. Naturally I want more power from my 2010 JKUR, got the intake, got the flashpaq but I'm reading so many different opinions on TBS. Do they offer any improvement or just make people think they do because it's another new add on?

3.6 or 3.8??? They will help with the 3.8 but not the 3.6.

They are supposed to increase the plenum volume of the intake manifold but its a waste of money. With the factory tunes they will most likley make u lose a bit of power
