Truck lite help

So I bought some truck Lite LEDs off a buddy and they came off military hummer. The connections are different from a normal truck lite led and it is set up for 24v not 12. Is there any way to get the to work on my jk as headlight or off road lights

there are 12v to 24v step up converters you could use.

Where do I get the conversion

if your truck-lites are the same we have on our jeeps, then it can be used in either 12 or 24V, only the harness will change. it needs only 3 wires to work, so if its not like the "normal" wiring, you can still make your own conversion harness, just got to buy the right connector to plug in the jeeps harness, then plug it to your lights. You can get a connector at your dealer, or you could also buy the conversion harness that northridge sells and use the connector and wires to fit on your lights.
