Volkswagen should set up operations here in Dallas, TX. Volkswagen could set up near the huge Tesla parking lots (near Love Field). Lots of opportunity here!

Any business that must be heavily subsidized with tax dollars, has Gov regulations giving preferential treatment to it over its competitors, and requires laws mandating its purchase- is not a good idea.

This is the direction Jeep has been all in on and pushing hard for the last 10 years. Even if they want to turn things around now, it'll be a bit before we'll see anything. In the mean time, this stupid expensive gay shit is what the future of Jeep will be or at least, for the immediate future.

I would be hesitant buying any BEV from Jeep. Given the issues with their Hybrid in the 4Xe and how unfinished it felt driving around… it’s unfortunate because it would be a great option to have a BEV in a Jeep Wrangler-ish platform.
