OK first question.
Can I stick the stock tires from a '14 Rubicon on 17x9 Pro Comp 7069 wheels?
And #2
Can I put the 7069's on a stock Jeep with no lift? They have 4.75 backspacing.

I'll be getting the wheels about the same time as the lift. But not going to be able to afford 37" tires for a little while after.

What Brankz said

Here is a shot of my Pro Comp 7031 17x9 with the factory 32" tire on it before my 4" lift. These wheels also have 4.75 backspace. After lifting and put on the 37s I had to add 1.5" spacers. 4.75" BS isn't enough for 37"x12.5" tires. You'll still get some rub.

So what backspace do I need to get no rubbing with 37x12.50x17 's?

I run 4.25 with 35's so I would say anything less than that you will be good. Majority of people here run anywhere from 4.5-3.5 with 37's

Anyone know of any decent wheels that are 17x9 and black for the JK that are around the same price as 7069's but have the proper backspacing so I don't have to run spacers?

there are tons. check out quadratec, northridge, and like sites as they will have tons of options. some brands that are in the same price range will be black rock, crager, and Mickey thompson.
