Camp WAYALIFE - Home Sweet Home

Actually, this was surprisingly the best DMV experience I've ever had. I'd say "single best" but we ultimately ended up going there 3 times today to get our Nevada licenses and vehicles registered. No lines, no fuss and best of all NO SMOG CHECK!! Took minutes to do and everyone was super friendly - it was totally nuts

Must be nice to live in a free world. :(

Funny you should say as much, Cindy and I were just commenting last night that living here - we really felt like we had our freedom back.

Must be nice not to get raped by taxes, be able to keep bullets in your guns, etc. Hopefully I can realize that dream sometime soon. Living in the north east is similar to a concentration camp. We have politicians taxing us to death, telling us what kind of soft drinks we can have, etc. This is like one of those movies where a bunch of us tried to escape from prison...although I haven't made it yet, Im glad you guys made it out. :D (Think Shawshank Redemption. haha)

For gun laws alone I would, but couple that with property taxes (the average home in my area is $15000 a year in taxes), etc, you bet your a$$ I would :D i'd crawl through sh!t for freedom!

Sometimes the smallest moves can be a breath of fresh air, even when you stay within California. When we moved from Orange County to Fresno it took some time to acclimate but the family loves it now. First thing I did was go to Sheriffs office and apply for a CCW and they basically said here ya go. We are at the base of the Sierra mountains, traffic is manageable and the people seem more friendly.
We may still be in California but to us it seems like a whole different state. :)

Our move is now official! We just got our Nevada plates for all 3 of our Jeeps! :clap2:

Still can't believe how quickly these came in! I guess that's one of the benefits of living in Nevada. :)
