Ok. So my short, little drive from Salt Lake is no big deal. I get it How about for everyone else not driving in from Independence, Missouri?

Some folks are coming up from San Diego which is well over 500 miles away. :yup:

I need a 2011 bright silver passenger door power mirror and window.:D Can you ship???

I need bright silver, front and rear passenger doors. I know there will be some there in good condition. Maybe a trade would be possible? Hmmmm?

Man I wish I could've done this trip. Would've been one of the farthest out though. As I'm still not in Az. yet, but haven't given up on the move. 1963 miles from me:(

You'll need to be at my place by noon on Saturday. You can pick up your doors again on Wednesday morning at around 10 am.

Seriously, will you convince this yahoo to go?

Working on it. :yup:

Once you move out, let me know - we can do it again :yup:

So I've been researching about mosquitos as I am hoping my better 3/4 is coming on this run. She gets eaten alive by any type of bug. I've used Deet before and will do so again if I have to, but after doing some research I'd prefer to use something a little less...well, toxic.

Anyone try this before?

Any other suggestions short of making her wear a giant net? :idontknow:

I hear if you burn some lacquered boards, that'll keep them away. 😁😉

So, where is everyone coming in from? How car is everyone driving? It's about 435 miles for me to get to Carson City. I'm coming in from Alpine, UT.

I'm coming from Philomath, Oregon... Only 415 miles to Carson city! And another 40ish to south Lake Tahoe.

Goes to show that no distance is too great for the opportunity to run "The Rubicon" with Eddie and his fellow Wayalifer's and learn from the best. Most of have only dreamed about doing this after watching so many epic Wayalife films. I am counting the days...and I don't have enough considering all I need/want to do to my Jeep. Thanks for giving the unwashed masses an opportunity to live a dream.

I used to live in SoCal, and my brother still does, so we are using this as an excuse to meet up.. And as a bonus- we get to run the rubicon!!! I've never run it in a group before.. Dumb to wheel solo, I know, but it's what I did, so this will be fun to be in such a great group. I've met a handful of the guys before, but would like to get to meet them all and get to know them better.

Probably 13-14 for that trip. On our annual fishing trip, I get about 15mpg on the 37s.
