Yes, you are correct  it was 8am as I was walking through the garage (without contacts in) and caught the handles in my peripheral blurry vision and decided what are actually rivets, were Phillips head screws and could be disassembled. Oh well, two out three ideas this week were deemed good :thumb:

That's okay. I'm still in for half the lotto. :yup:

I have never seen these in person, but could you not just drill out the rivet and re pop rivet once painted?

These are the handles to our half doors we are running. It is probably not worth the trouble to go through all that mess :idontknow: however MTG might be up for some drilling, disassembly, paint, reassembly, re-riveting :icon_crazy: I think if they would have been bolted on, I would just loosen the handles, mask off behind the latches spray with matching door color, then tighten it all back up.

Yeah, me thinks they'll stay black before that. :yup:

I think they'll tape of nicely. Hopefully the white plastidip isn't too far off.

Very happy with the white. :yup:

Even have some new vinyl waiting for me next time I get to Vegas.

Not a fan. :gray no:

Just kidding. Actually, and I'm eating some crow here because I have made so many comments about the uneven handles, your doors came out great. :thumb: The handles bother me much less now than they did before. Something about the contrast with white, and having the hinges and handles black, makes everything in the universe good for me again.

The doors came out great, definitely worth the wait! I'm envious.

Definitely glad I got them painted. And I'm glad I had them professionally done, they look much better than I am sure they would if I did them. :yup:

I have to say it is not bothering me nearly as much as I thought it would. I think the black hinges make the difference. Glad I left them black.

I think I will see how the white plastidip looks per the recommendation of my non-attorney detailing gura gregor the overlander suggested. :yup:
