A bit agressive, maybe......but there are certain occasions where you have to set the tone. For other occasions, a nice hug works wonders!

What's the handle material? The "layers" remind me of the G10 Hogue handles/grips I have on some of my toys.

Yeah they have weird laws. I have believe this one is across most restaurants. You can only get 4% ABV on tap. If you want higher alcohol content or "full strength beer" you have to order a bottle and it can only be obtained at establishments that have the correct license.

Don't know, not even sure how they get them on. But that dude is blocking the shot of the chick with a raccoon tail hanging off her belt. Plus I haven't seen that much blue hair since I went to 5:00 dinner at the Sizzler.
