My Dozer

Man I didnt know the rear could shift that much when articulating. What are you going to have to do to fix it? Trim the gas tank skid as well?

Loading please wait....

New drive shaft should fix it. The axle swipe is normal for short arms. I might look into rear lower arms.

That's crazy, I never had issues with my 3" Enforcer or now my coilovers with the gas tank skid hiring the ds, I did have to move the evap skid though. I have factory short arms also. Idk..
My boot still looks brand new.

Rear arms won't fix anything, but relieve stress on the bushings and mounts. I'll probably wait until these blow out.

If you moved your evap skid there is no lip to get caught on and no lips on the gas tank skid. I just fucked up and forgot to move my skid.
The boot could have flapped when I backed up and rubbed the dirt off the gas tank. I could be wrong.

Just looked into it and ups forgot the carrier somewhere. Should be here tomorrow. I'll be out of town with work. I just wanted to touch it before I left:eek:
Johnny joints look beefy, might keep them as trail spares and put duroflex joints instead. I'm just scared If open my carrier with duroflex joints the carrier will droop to the ground with as much flex as they have.

You can just use hockey pucks, I mean bump stops to shim them up, 😉

This happened with my 1/4 pounder and stinger. The UPS man came back that evening around 8:30. He told me he had to deliver it the same day even though he forgot it. It is one of the rules as a driver, of its on the truck it has to be delivered. Maybe you'll get lucky and still get it tonight.

It's still in commrence city Colorado. Oh well. I still need to go buy paint. Not a single place in town has satin finish black. Either matte or gloss.

Got home last night and the carrier showed up. Going to clean up the stickers, primer and paint today. See how much I get done..
Also going to take off the soft top on the white jeep and put the hard top back on. Winter is about here.:(

Looks like your going to have a fun weekend. I love that carrier!

jealous :daydream::daydream:
Thanks, it seems like it took forever to get this carrier. I really wanted the strongest American made carrier in the market.

I have to go to work early in the morning. This looks like it may take about a week to get everything done. Then I still have to re wire some stuff. Hopefully if I take my time and do it right, between work hours I should have it done maybe by Wednesday.:(

Post up how you did the rewire for the license plate light and third brake light.
