Ok! I'm gonna give it a couple more weeks before I start a thread. I'll also need to contact the caretakers to coordinate some dates when we can stay there.

Yea I'm off the next weekend. And usually the last weekends of the months now. And that's cause I got my bumper and sliders. Just needed my oil pan skid.

Ditto brother. I really want to do both, but damn adulthood getting in the way.
A big majority of everybody making these runs are from the Houston area, hope you can join in one or both!

Trails in Houston? Not unless you want to mud bog. There are a few that are a up north a bit, but nothing quite like hill country trails.

Bummer!!! I'm from the Dallas area originally and now Austin area both of which have some good spots. I figured Houston would too!

Guys I will be unable to help with this event. I will be there with some really good friends, but a few of them are really new at 4 wheeling(first trip). So I will devoting all my time to teaching him and his wife. I still want to stop by and meet y'all before we hit some trails.

Why not lead the beginner group and have your friends in the lineup right behind??
Just thinking, because the beginner group is still lacking a trail lead

We can see, but I'll probably have 5-7 Jeeps with us already. If our group size shrinks I can take a few.

I think you'll be safe to lead the group and bring them. The crowd has shrunk quite a bit.
