First time packing bearings but I think I did it right. Let me know if anyone sees a red flag

As long as the grease went in one side of each roller and came out the other, you're good. I'm assuming you did it by hand or did you have a little press thing?

Other thing....Don't worry about it too much on something like a tire carrier. It's in the stationary position where the grease doesn't do anything about 95% of the time. It's not like it's a wheel bearing going down the road.

Yep, by hand. Coming in one end and out the other. 👍

Messy messy messy, lol. If you do it in the future, a bearing packer is clean and quick. They even have one for a grease gun nowadays. Luckily, it's not something that is needed much anymore on cars and trucks.

So anybody want to see what it looks like with a 37 up on it? I wasn't gonna post pics till all are mounted on the Jeep but it's too good of eye candy :)
