Is that Eric from Northridge in sales? I usually work with Eric when I order all of my parts. He's helped me out a lot!

He's the man. I've had him on the phone a few times with tons of questions.
Always helpful and knowledgeable, never tries to sell me crap that I don't need.
Cool to put a face to the voice and name on the other end of the phone.
