Roasted whole duck. Cut the skin to drain some of the fat off, and then roasted on a base of celery and onions, and it was stuffed with a peeled orange, rosemary, and onion that was quartered. Seasoned with salt and paprika. Also poured a pale ale into the pan to steam it. Gave it a slightly hoppy flavor.

Nice! I have had my eye on one of these for a year now, my wife says a smoker and two BBQs are enough!:doh:

Lol I hear the same thing. My response is you love the food that comes off of all of them. I now have three lined up now! I've wanted this thing forever too.
