I love coming home to a ready crock pot meal.



Swiss steak with mashed cauliflower. I was going to make thicker gravy with the sauce, but we were hungry and it was too good to wait any longer.

17 hour beef brisket smoked 14 then slowly brought up to a nice 190* using oak pellets on the ole chimney cooker.











Mixed rib rub 50/50 with brown sugar.

Boneless leg of lamb roast. Cooked indirect over apple wood.
Cauliflower "mashed potatoes" and a baked yam.
Turned out real good.

Stuff Zucchini with Italian Seasoned Ground Turkey, Marinara and Parmesan...Panda says "gross" oh well more leftovers for me and the girls in the office tomorrow.

Zucchini was out of my Sisters garden hidden away so it got Godzirra sized

It was great btw Panda even had some! But said it would be better with Pasta so next time I should stuff it with pasta? :thinking:
