1st JEEP, 1st question

So far everything on the new JLUR is great.
The problems that I was told would be there, aren't.
There's a few things that are "different" but not "wrong" when comparing it to my other 4WD's.

The JEEP has a manual transmission' and....
The only thing I have trouble with is the 4H to 4L shift and then back to 4H. I've tried every combination I can think of and I just can't get it right.
Any tips from the pros with manual transmissions????

You have to have the transmission in neutral and be on flat ground to shift in and out of 4 low.

It’s also really tight at first but will loosen up with use. It’s suggested to be rolling a bit to shift in to 4low but I’ve had better luck at a stop.
