I have the AEV Dulasport 2.5 lift and 33 Dick Cepek Mud Counrty's on my 2013 JKU. I am running the 3.6ltr and 3.73 gearing. If I move to 35's will I have to re-grear and if so why (newbie question)? Thanks in advance..

you may not need to. i have the old 3.8 and 35's with the 3.73 gears and it isnt bad. considering you have the 3.6 you should be fine.

2013 jku and running 33's with 2.5" lift and looks awesome!

Rough country 2.5 BB with Rubi springs yields 3.5" I am running 32" right now. Looking at 33"'s or 35"'s.

I have 295/70/17's which is about a 34 inch tire. I bought the jeep with a 2.5 BB from rough country. I like this size great on the jeep. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1383968771.194893.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1383968790.365859.jpg

LT295/70R17 E 121/118P
Stock Number: 205-710

Rim Widths: 7.5-(8.5)-10.0
Overall Width: 11.97
Overall Diameter: 33.54
Max Load Pressure: 3195/2910

If you put a ruler next to them they are about 33 or less mounted.

Surprising but true.
My wife has nitto's, they were suppose to be 33.4" to spec but were about 33 to the ruler when they were brand new.

Mine, 285/70/17 bfg km2 33" to spec 32 to the ruler. Wished I got the same tires as yours.

Shots below are "33's" without a lift, flex a lift to close 2.5" lift is next.

I just go by the book measurement, not the real one. I've had 285/70/17's km2's on my old truck and 295/70/17 toyo mud terrains. I think the toyos were close to 34.

I run mine at 35 PSI and 285/75/17 and the label on the tires when new said they were 34's. Mounted they are 33.3"

Load Index: 121
Performance Rating: S
Mileage Warranty: 50k
Load/Ply Rating: E-10 Ply
Load Capacity: 3,195 lbs
Maximum PSI: 80
Sidewall: Black Wall
Section Width: 11.30"
Overall Diameter: 33.90"
Tread Depth: 17
Tire Weight: 63.10 lbs

That is the size I wish I got..... I think that would be perfect with a 2.5" lift.
