adj. control arm length help!!!!!!

I just got new front adj control arms (both upper and lower) and a rear lower, does anyone know how long I would need to adjust them from eye to eye for a 3” lift to get everything lined back up, or how I would be able to get that info?
 
Project jk has a write up. 23" is a good starting point and I think that's what mine are about for the lowers. Maybe a little less.
 
Control Arms - 3" FT Ultimate
Front Upper = 18 7/8"
Front Lower = 23"
Rear Upper = 17 13/16"
Rear Lower = 19 3/4"
