Great idea. Looks clean.So, I've been looking at these carriage bolts on top of the the rear bumper for a while now...
And, I thought, I wonder if I could do something like this with them.

Nice, that does look good. I have some installed in my bumper but they haven't worked for about a year... oh yeah, I never wired them up. HAHA

Here's a shot of the top of the headliner. You can see that it has 3M adhesive strips to secure it to the Freedom Top panels.
On the inside, there's more MOLLE on the bottom side.
And additional applications can be velcroed to the top in the recesses of it.
Always helpful to have Ripley helping out with an install.

I really want a soft top, but would like to keep my hard top if I can when I get one. This would be cool to try out so let us know just how much weight these can really handle with that adhesive!
