Clem's Jeep build

Really liking your rig Clem. I've been going back and forth trying to decide if I want to cut my color matched fenders. Looks like you did a great job and I like the angle of your cuts. Do you get any wind flap on the highway?

It doesn't get much because they still have the downward angle. I lifted up the fender and I put a long strip of double sided tape in between the fender and the hard plastic inner liner. It helps to keep it together a little better

The next part of my build comes from the owner of Hanson off-road, Full Traction and Pure Jeep (Steve). Steve is my neighbor and was in need of a JK to test fit and manufacture his new products. Steve approached me and I agreed to let him borrow my jeep for several weeks/months so he could build new products. I am not repping the business and this is purely part of my jeep build, I received all products at no cost and even got to provide input on the building of these products. The line being built and put on my Jeep is the PureJeep line.

Front bumper with options. I chose the regular stinger. I really liked the bull bar too though. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1430523770.971605.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1430523824.724789.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1430523841.914746.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1430523859.737117.jpg

Next up is fenders, sliders, rear bumper and tire carrier. My Jeep has been gone off and on for awhile now, but it should all be worth it in the end. I am receiving thousands of dollars of free parts for a little inconvenience. Plus it is not my daily driver so who really cares.

Got a few updates from the shop when I got back into the country. Rear bumper, rear delete and sliders done. Fenders hopefully by the end of the week. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1431795698.107396.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1431795709.847147.jpgImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1431795725.390096.jpg

Fenders are done and parts are powder coated. Sliders needed further fab work so they were taken off. This may not mean much to most. But I finally wired up my side marker lights. I am extremely horrible at all things electrical/wiring and I take this as a win. ImageUploadedByWAYALIFE1441318812.665136.jpg
