I have dash and rear cams in all my vehicles... mostly.
In my jeep, I have a dash cam but no rear cam. The reason is multifold:
With the rear tire mounted back there, if I put the rear cam on the glass on the inside, the tire will still limit field of view.
I can mount a cam on the roll bar in the rear, and that would work perfectly for when the top is off, but the original problem still exists.
I figure the best solution would be a dash cam that has a rear cam that is water/weather proof.
What I need are suggestions. Ideally, I spose the camera would be best either where the backup camera is in the center of the tire, or down on the bumper below the tire. I've been looking but...
Anyone got any ideas or suggestions?
