Drop Down Tailgate

I actually saw this awhile back and thought it was a pretty cool idea and if I owned a genright or evo spare tire carrier it would be a lil more valid option. Not having/ planning to have a spare would also make it a option (rather have it tho)

Looks like ass from ~10 feet away in that video. I can't imagine how bad it looks up close.

I think if the hinges/hardware were painted to match the body of the Jeep that it would look a lot better. Been thinking about doing this once I get a body mounted swing out carrier

$250.00?!?!?!?! There better be some really good engineering in that kit. Looks like you could make the same kit with a quick trip to your local hardware store.

Probably. You ask for directions to install a couple hinges and latches at Home Depot, they'll look at you like you're a dumbass
 
I did my own using factory hinges.
