Fuel Prices

Fuckin pisses me off to see stupid shit like this and hate how we get punished by idiotic things that Kalifornia does!

That said, eastern Nevada must get their gas from elsewhere because they're prices are typically much lower. Not that things are horrible now but last I checked, the Costco in Carson City had regular at about $3.40 but out in Ely, it is only $3.08

Northern Nevada is best Nevada! 👍🏻🇺🇸👍🏻

What are your current fuel prices? I know this fluctuates every time a camel farts, but I’m curious to know what impact the election has or if it’s straight market factors. Today in East Texas we have…
Regular $2.35
Premium $2.89
Diesel $2.87

Where it’s refined as well as state/local taxes have a huge influence. Simply crossing a county line in VA can change the price $.20-$.30 cents a gallon. Market factors have impact but ‘government factors’ are also a large part of the cost. In addition a large part of the cost is speculative based on projected crude oil costs and that changes with geopolitical events.

Bottom line: Drill baby, drill!!! (And build some freaking refineries in the US.)

Indianapolis area I've seen it as low as $2.73 a gallon.

Most (not all) are under $3.00 a gallon.

As to new oil refineries, until someone closes or neuters the EPA, don't hold your breath.

Texas and Oklahoma (I think) have new ones close or are operating.
