Great build so far! :thumb: I'm debating between getting 35'' ko2s or km2s. How have your ko2s been so far and do you plan on staying with the ko2 when you get 37's? Thanks.

KO2s have been absolutely awesome. Never had a flat, always gotten me over any rock I asked them to. Couldn't ask for more but may try something new when going to 37s if only to gain some breadth of experience. Top contenders would be Ridge Grapplers or Cooper SST Pros if I don't do KO2s.

Rear end is done! Only thing not done is the new LCAs and adjustable sway bar links but those aren't here yet; backorder till next week. Drivable as is but won't take off road till those are on and everything is dialed in.

That's not right.

Boot on the steering stabilizer took a hit I guess. Hoping that explains that rattling sound at high speeds that we blamed on the roof rack. Poor roof rack always gets blamed.

Cut off the gnarled portion and zip tied back on.

Looks good man! I don't know if you have gotten to this yet or not. How did you extend the diff breather tube?

Kit doesn't call for it to be extended. Guess we'll find out. Hoping to cycle the suspension when it's at Trail Jeeps and see how it all looks.
Ha! From this angle it looks like your rack won't clear the garage door header. But you got it in there somehow. Nice job so far! :thumb:
Wife asked the same thing. I'm feeling confident :)

Until you get longer diff tubes it's not hard to just undo the clips that hold the tubes to the frame in the back and move them slightly. Front is the same deal.

Tip for the front end: undo the track bar completely on the axle end to get the axle to drop down far enough to get the springs out. I fought mine until I just took the track bar bolt out completely. Having it loose wasn't enough.

Trying to figure out what step H is talking about. Why would I need to touch the tie rod?

Also having a lot of trouble getting the drag link to release from the upper pitman
